Located in Manhuaçu (MG), the visual identity project for MAP Express Gas Station went through a complete visual modernization process developed by Petrol Design. From the start, the main goal was to reposition the venture in the market, conveying trust, practicality, and credibility to the local audience. The proposal was conceived to transform the old structure into a contemporary, functional, and visually striking environment, fully aligned with the profile of the region’s consumers. The project also sought to create a solid visual-identity foundation that could be replicated in future units, reinforcing the MAP Express name as a benchmark brand in the fuel sector.
The new concept for MAP Express combines operational efficiency and aesthetic impact, reflecting complete visual-identity work. From the structure to the visual details, straight lines predominate in the architecture, conferring a modern style. The design highlights the POSTO MAP name, accompanied by the “Express” extension, which reinforces the brand’s dynamism and conveys the idea of fast, accessible service.
As for the colors, the red, white, and blue palette maintains the company’s original standard. Its strategic application ensures high visibility, especially on the main façade facing the avenue, the city’s main access route. The totem with integrated prices was positioned precisely to maximize visual exposure. This makes reading the prices fast and efficient, even during the busiest hours.
Finally, the project includes a functional convenience area, intended for selling drinks, ice, and lubricants. The station offers a practical, direct experience, strengthening the relationship with customers and expanding the brand’s value.
The station’s structure measures 5.20 m up to the start of the canopy and 0.97 m in height on the metal banner, forming an ideal panel for applying the logo. This modernizes the appearance without major alterations and enhances the existing construction.
